How to write Exam (Time Plan ) Ibps Po and Clerk Exam

Time management for ibps po and clerk exams
Every body knows that time is very important while writing the ibps po and clerical /bank exams. The entire exam have only 2 types of questions, they are
1.Fact-base problems
2.solving -base problems
Fact base problems:
What is the meaning of fact base problems, let me explain clearly with examples, the questions/problems which are from English.computer knowledge & general awareness are fact base problems,Because these questions will take very less time,by seeing the questions, one option will blink in your mind, then it will be take less time to finding the answer. In this fact base problems you have to save time more, this time you can use in tough sections like quantitative aptitude & reasoning.
In English, computer knowledge & general awareness, the questions will be fact base,if you know correctly, then you can choose the answer, other wise if you think about particular question, you will not get answer, because of it’s not a solving the problem
Try to answer the questions in less time for
1.English section
2.General awareness section
3.Computer knowledge section
Solving-base problems:
In this type of problems from quantitative aptitude and reasoning sections, which are solving base,if you did not solve the problem, obviously you will not get answer. These 2 sections will take more time,so you already saved the time in fact base problems, that extra time, you can use in aptitude and reasoning sections.
As our advice you can splitt the time like:
Time splitting for each section
General awareness:                    15 min
Computer knowledge:                  15 min
English:                                       25 min
reasoning:                                  45 min

WAY OF GETTING COMPITITIVE

                               WAY OF GETTING COMPETITIVE

1.Self Belief: You should believe in yourself and your abilities. You should believe that you belongs to the competitive arena and you can clear these competitive exams if you can perform to best of your abilities. Belief is everything and everything can be achieved through belief. There is a famous quote: “The thing always happens that you really believe in; and the belief in a thing makes it happen

2. Knowledge: Knowledge is a necessary element to clear competitive exams. You should have proper knowledge about your concepts. We don’t have to acquire extra knowledge as conceptual knowledge is needed for competitive exams. We can prefect our conceptual knowledge by practicing questions based on these concepts

3.Time Management and Data: We have to study minimum of 4 hours a day for competitive exams. We can manage this time by preparing time table for each day. We also have to record weekly data which ultimately helps in representing our performance graphically. We can take inputs such as time for each subject, part of syllabus completed, time for revision, questions attempted and so on to record data..

4. Sharpness: Sharpness of mind is mandatory for competitive exams. A sharp mind has many advantages such as concept understanding, quick response to a tricky question and speed. Main purpose of these competitive exams is to differentiate sharp minded students from others. A normal mind can be converted into a sharp mind by regular brain exercises such as puzzles, crosswords, Sudoku. You can also play games such as Chess which helps in sharpening the mind.

5. Sample Papers: Here comes my last and most important trick. The best way to perform in any exam would be to do so many similar types of such exams or Sample Papers. With the help of these sample papers, our mind is able to build so many stragies and tricks about particular type of questions which ultimately helps us during Entrance exams. They have huge advantage as you can feel the mental atmosphere similar to that in competitive exams through these sample papers.Attempting so many sample papers helps in mental coherence during main exams.Sample Papers also helps in achieving a hard, stable concentration during competitive exams

Hope these methods can help you some way

How to Make a Study Plan

For most students, the most difficult part of any exam is the actual studying.  Typically, there is so much material to study that students begin to procrastinate, putting off studying until the night before.  After a late-night cram session, students arrive at the exam tired and feeling dazed by the sheer amount of information they’ve tried to absorb.  The easiest way to study for an exam, and avoid the cram sessions, is to make a study plan.

Group or solo? – The first step to making a study plan is to decide whether you want to study alone or in a group.  When planning study times and organizing study sessions for a group, the needs and schedules of the group are a factor.  As a result, you must decide whether you will be studying with a group before continuing with making a study plan.
Time – There are two time elements that are crucial to an effective study plan.  The first time element to consider is the amount of time you have until the exam, while the second is the amount of time during the day that you can set aside for studying.  Try to study for at least two hours per day for major exams, like entrance exams, and at least thirty minutes per day for lecture exams.  If you are limited on the amount of time until the exam, such as one week or less, then you will need to increase your daily study time.  Set up a schedule with clearly marked study times for each day.
Content – The content to be studied depends on the type of exam.  For placement exams, entrance exams, and licensure exams, there are no specific textbooks or prior lecture notes.  There are, however, commercially available review guides, and textbooks and lecture notes from past classes often contain a great deal of material that will help with the exam.  By looking at the content areas of the test, you can determine what readily available material to study.  For course-based exams, textbooks and lecture notes are both ideal study content.  Break the content into chunks, and then assign specific chunks to the study times that you have listed on your schedule.
Chronological – Assign chunks of material to study times in chronological order.  In other words, study the material in the order that it was presented. Remember to allot more time for studying the most important information.
Critical first – Assign study times so the most critical method is covered first, and then work down to the least important information.  Allow more time for covering the most critical information.  If you are having trouble with the most important information, re-assign time from the least important information.
The Studying Process

Once you have set up study times and assigned material to them, it is time to study.  When reading textbooks, take notes on the information.  With lecture notes, write notes in the margin.  Use a highlighter.  The idea is to make key information readily available for review.  In addition, making notes and looking up ideas to supplement notes reinforces the material in your mind.  Quiz yourself as you finish each area you are studying to determine what you still need to review.

Study plans are as unique as the person making them.  The most effective study plan will take into account your schedule, the times each day when you are able to study without interruption, and the amount of material that needs reviewed.  By spreading out the study times and breaking up the information, you make it easier for to absorb and retain the necessary material before the exam.

How to prepare English Language Exam for Bank Exams?

English preparation plays an important role in every competition exam. So knowledge of English is important for success in competition exams. In English test mostly vocabulary and grammar based questions are asked.
For particular bank exams, level of questions of English depends on type of exam. For clerical exam 10th Standard English knowledge is sufficient. But for bank PO exams higher level of grammar, composition, vocabulary is required. Some bank desires only passing marks in English hence marks of general English don’t affect the merit.
For English preparation you should keep these points in mind:-
1.       Read English news papers daily.
2.       Learn maximum new words you can, for vocabulary improvement.
3.     Go through the previous recruitment exam papers of different banks. This will help you to understand the topics which are frequently asked.
4.       Refer a good English grammar book for knowledge of grammar. Only standard writer book should be referred because reliability of matters in a book depends on writer’s knowledge and experience.

Ibps exam Time management Tips

Categorization of time for the five sections in the IBPS bank examination:
There will be 150 minute time to solve 250 questions so if you want to be successful in theIBPS bank examination you need to schedule your time first. Here is the basic time which should be allotted by the candidate and it may vary from candidate to candidate but i am giving in order to provide an idea for categorization of time for each section:

Competitive Aptitude: 50 minute

Reasoning: 45 minute

English : 25 minute

General  Awareness: 15 minute

Computer Knowledge : 15 minute

First it is better to start with General awareness second with Computer Knowledge then with English then Reasoning and last go Competitive Aptitude section.

Leave time taking question even though they are easy:
There will be some question in the bank examination which are easy to solve but will usually take more time to solve by this you may lose chance for answering more questions so my tip is to better leave such type of questions and if time is left then go for this type of questions.

Leave the tough questions  in the bank examination:
In each section of the bank examination there will be some questions which are time taking and also hard to solve so this may also result for you to have a chance of answering some question with in the given period of time. So my tip is better you leave this type of questions and go for further  questions which can be solve easily in a less time by you.

Please go through all the Answers in the Choices given:
Most of the candidates usually don’t go through all the answers given in the choices  and  tick the answer which first comes in there mind and this is the most common mistake done by most of them . Because for most of the questions the answers are given as choices which are mostly near to the Correct answer and there is a chance for marking wrong answer too.  Here isyour tip that you should clearly verify your answer with the choice given and then tick the answer.

How to prepare for the Bank examination from home:
If you are an aspirant of the bank examination and if  you are interested to prepare by your self from home  then follow the above tips and then just bring ONE BOOK OF  SOLVED MODEL PAPERS BOOK which can be available in any book stores and also you can even purchaseBANK EXAMINATION MODEL PAPERS BOOK ONLINE and also if you can afford you can even go for bank coaching postal material or online classes by bank coaching institutes.Practice every section given in the model papers then keep a time limit of 150 minutesand try to solve atleast one model paper daily and also prepare previous model papers of the bank examinations.  If you follow this you can surely crack the IBPS bank examination or any competitive examination.
